What is Alpha?
Alpha is a ten week course where people explore the Christian faith in a relaxed setting centering around ten thought-provoking questions. People attend for a variety of reasons. Some want to investigate whether God exists and if there is any point to life; others are concerned about what happens after death. Still others may have attended church all their life, but feel they never really understood the basics of the Christian faith.
In this low-key, friendly and fun environment, people discover that there is more to life than just getting through. At Family of Christ, Alpha is run several times a year to give people the greatest opportunity to participate.
Fall 2008 Alpha

Wednesday nights during Family U from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Thursday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
(No meal and no daycare provided.)
